We collect only what we need to run SquashSense. We never sell your personal data, and we don't run ads or trackers on our site or in our app.
What we collect
- Waitlist. If you join our waitlist, we store the email you submit and, optionally, how you play (casual, club, or competitive). This is used only to send you a beta invite and occasional product updates — nothing else.
- App account & activity. When you use the SquashSense app, we store your account details, the training sessions you log, and any match videos you choose to upload so we can analyze them for you.
- Crash & usage information. We collect anonymous, non-identifying technical information about how the app is used and when it crashes, so we can find and fix bugs and make the product better.
- Apple Health (optional). If you choose to connect Apple Health, we read basic workout information so it can appear in your own training log. This is only ever used for your own log and is never shared with anyone else.
How it's used
We use your information to provide the product to you: building your training reports and video clips, powering training features, and letting you share your progress with friends you've specifically approved. We never sell your data, and we never share it with advertisers or other third parties for their own purposes.
Retention & deletion
Match video you upload is deleted within 30 days of being analyzed. Your reports and training data stay in your account for as long as you want them — until you choose to delete them. If you'd like your data removed, or want to leave the waitlist, email hello@squashsense.ai and we'll take care of it.
